I offer one on one education and support in applying holistic modalities for those who want to make methodical and lasting changes to their self care practices. I help my clients gain clarity around their motivation for wanting to apply holistic and natural modalities to their lives, understand how the current imbalances may have manifested, determine what practices/foods/yoga will be most useful for them, and support them in the process of implementing these tools through the challenges and the triumphs. My recommendations may include and are not limited to: recipes, food lists, morning practices, evening rituals, meal plans, yoga sequences, awareness practices, herbal medicine, aromatherapy, recommended reading, and educational videos.

I encourage my clients to look at their whole life to determine what is keeping them from being their best. I work with my clients as they create a clear vision of what it means to them to be well, and I offer ongoing support as they eliminate bad habits and fortify good habits to achieve their health goals and transform their life. Basically, I’m a HOPE Dealer. Yoga and Ayurveda have been platorms for my personal transformation and growth. Therefore, my goal is to educate, inspire, and empower others to become the best possible version of themselves through lifestyle behavior modification.
I’ll provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. As your Health & Lifestyle Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. In addition to routine questions about your medical questions about your medical history, medications, supplements and concerns, I will ask about quality of sleep, your spiritual practices, work, sex life and levels of stress. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
